These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Global Market Alert platform (“GMA”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the service.
Global Market Alert is operated by Global Market Alert, a sole proprietorship (auto-entrepreneur) registered in France under SIRET number 888 103 082, with its registered address at 165 Chemin des Cistes, 06230 Villefranche-sur-Mer, France. Global Market Alert is a SaaS-based career support platform designed for students and professionals interested in financial markets. The platform provides structured tools and resources intended to assist users in preparing for careers in finance. These services may include access to curated job opportunity listings, interview preparation simulations, flashcard learning tools, structured training modules, and other preparation resources. All content available on the platform is proprietary and owned exclusively by Global Market Alert. The platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any bank, financial institution, employer, or organization mentioned within the service.
Access to the platform requires the creation of a personal account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Global Market Alert reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to login sharing, fraudulent use, abuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.
Access to GMA is provided through a paid subscription model. Subscription pricing is displayed on the website and may be offered on a monthly basis. A fifteen-day free trial may be available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe and may be charged in EUR or USD depending on the user’s selection. All payments are final. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including partial use of the service, non-use, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. After that date, access will automatically terminate without further notice.
All intellectual property rights related to the platform and its content remain the exclusive property of Global Market Alert. This includes, but is not limited to, interview questions, flashcards, training materials, software code, structure, design, branding elements, and platform architecture. The service is licensed strictly for personal use. Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, record, scrape, extract, or exploit any part of the platform in any form. Screenshots, screen recordings, content redistribution, and automated data extraction are strictly prohibited.
Global Market Alert provides training and career-support tools only. The platform does not guarantee job placement, interview success, hiring outcomes, or career advancement. Job listings displayed on the platform may be modified, expired, incomplete, or inaccurate. Interview simulations and any AI-assisted outputs are provided solely for training purposes and may contain inaccuracies or errors. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Market Alert shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, career-related outcomes, missed opportunities, inaccurate information, technical interruptions, or service unavailability.
In order to operate the platform, Global Market Alert collects certain personal data, including first and last name, email address, account information, and audio recordings or transcriptions generated during interview simulations. The platform is hosted on Render infrastructure. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable French and European data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further details regarding data processing are provided in the separate Privacy Policy.
Global Market Alert reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
