Your challenge We are looking for an Officer Payment Investigations to join our team in a 40–60% part-time role. In this position, you will be a key point of contact for complex matters arising in day-to-day payment operations and you will work closely with teams across Europe and Asia. Investigate complex payment cases, respond to enquiries and handle complaints relating to outgoing payments. Review account closure instructions and coordinate the necessary steps with the relevant specialist teams to ensure they are carried out accurately and on time. Contribute insights from day-to-day operations to the ongoing development of payment processes. Your profile A strong interest in payment operations and international money flows An appreciation for work that combines established routines with unexpected questions and exceptional cases Strong team skills and a dependable approach to day-to-day collaboration An analytical, structured way of working and a keen eye for detail A solution-oriented approach, resilience and the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure If this sounds like you, we look forward to receiving your application.
