Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Treasury Risk team. The Treasury Analyst of foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risk management will play an essential role in supporting a centralized foreign currency trading function, working closely with our global investment, IT, trade operations, finance, and accounting teams.
Responsibilities include
Support senior members of the team in analysis, presentation creation and reporting Deliver accurate and timely materials to be presented to Senior Management Perform analysis on hedging strategies and PnL Monitor, develop and maintain risk reporting Liaise with investment, trade operations, IT, Treasury, and accounting teams to develop and enhance reporting on key metrics for monitoring FX risk and trading activity Work with various groups to resolve any trade discrepancies Assist in new fund and user onboarding workflow Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fund onboarding and ISDA process are progressing Partner with multiple stakeholder groups, including accounting, IT, trade support and operations, investment teams and compliance to develop and test enhancements to in-house FX application Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders Ability to take on new projects as required and efficiently manage existing ones Ability to follow existing processes Perform other tasks and projects as necessary.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of Treasury/FX/Interest Rate/asset management experience General knowledge of FX and Interest Rate markets, sponsor hedging strategies (forwards, options, structured products), and operational processes Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required Python/VBA programming, Power BI, Visio, Bloomberg terminal (preferred) Use of AI to develop prompts to streamline work processes Familiarity working with large or complex data sets Personal Attributes The successful candidate will have outstanding initiative, an eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic Self-starter that can work with limited supervision Must be customer-oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented self-starter with a proven ability to work with minimal supervision Flexible and team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism Business friendly team player with an ability to accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to interface with different stakeholders and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills Education A Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in finance and accounting.
