Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer portfolio to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products and services Achieve sales targets for deposit products, credit facilities, and ancillary services Conduct regular account reviews and provide personalized financial advisory services Process account opening, maintenance, and closure requests in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements Cross-sell banking products including investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations Maintain accurate and updated customer records and documentation Participate in branch activities and promotional campaigns to enhance customer acquisition Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly

Requirements
