Driven by the bp values and comprising capabilities in data, procurement, finance and customer service, the FBT centre will drive cutting-edge digital solutions and agile ways of working.Key Accountabilities and challengesEnsure the accurate and timely delivery of addition, change and de-activation of master data records in accordance with SLAs. Types of records include but not limited to customer master, material master, vendor master and finance masterEnsure data input is consistent with the data standards and meets the required levels of completenessRun Data performance reports for the key quality measures of completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracyWork to resolve daily cases allocated in a timely manner, whilst ensuring that all control processes are followedEnsure that all supplier research and searches are completed and clearly documentedExecute telephone calls to representatives in a variety of organisations across the globe and at all levels of seniorityComplete follow up checks via email and in finance systems and ensure that there is an adequate audit trail to demonstrate that proper due diligence has been applied at all stages of the caseBe proactive in resolving any operational issues or delays with the case, liaising with business partners, vendors and internal FBT teamsParticipate actively in process improvements on vendors/customer call back processes including innovations through digitalisation and process improvements.Identify and implement process and solution requirements for the master data management processRegularly track and resolve outstanding master data management issues. Based on agreed trigger points, further escalate to higher levels of authority for solution or direction and feedbackIdentify and contribute to the improvement of defective trends or areas of process performance weakness in the end to end processHelp manage a shared mailbox and trackerPerform other admin related tasks in the call backs spacePerform other data operations-related activities as requiredContribute towards the data enrichment process for the Data sub-tower on a continuous improvement cycleTravel RequirementNo travel is expected with this roleRelocation Assistance:This role is eligible for relocation within countryRemote Type:This position is a hybrid of office/remote workingSkills:.
