Operating from our Gurugram and Sydney offices, this team is dedicated to the continuous improvement of our trade surveillance systems, ensuring they are finely tuned to adapt to varying market conditions and trading strategies. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As Trade Surveillance Tuning Senior Analyst you will work with a team of analysts in the critical task of tuning and reviewing trade surveillance models. Your role will focus on enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of these systems through model tuning, back-testing, based on evolving trading strategies and market structures. Your leadership will ensure our surveillance systems are optimized, reducing the risk of performance issues and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Knowledge of trading operations, which may include futures, commodity, and equity trading, as well as an understanding of trading strategies, compliance issues, and surveillance methodologies. Strong analytical skills with 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions. An understanding of key model tuning processes including model documentation, calibration and testing, alongside a commitment to continuous improvement based on market and regulatory developments. An understanding of the trade surveillance lifecycle, with experience in managing and closing trade surveillance alerts being highly valued. Experience working in a global team, with a strong ability to perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis of trade surveillance systems. Proven communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, being part of a inclusive and collaborative working environment. Experience using data analysis and reporting tools to assess surveillance outcomes and support data-driven decision making would be highly regarded.
